Instructional Resources Service (IRS) provides comprehensive professional development and school improvement services to our component school districts, as well as some direct student instruction. Services are individualized to meet district needs, whether they choose one service or collaborate with us to provide long or short term comprehensive plans that result in increased student achievement and organizational and systemic change. Best practices that connect research, curriculum development, instruction and assessment to classroom practice are utilized.
